Service Description

Prenatal Yoga includes poses, breathing, relaxation and meditation that may be practiced through all trimesters. Prenatal Yoga can help mamas connect with baby, stay healthy throughout pregnancy, relieve common ailments, remain flexible and strong helping prepare for birth. Each week a different theme/focus is covered. -BYO Mat & Towel -All Props Provided -Suitable for Beginners and Regular Practitioners
