Dunsborough Yoga Pod is your commUNITY yoga studio for everyBODY. Our beautiful, serene studio is located on the peaceful side of town. Offering unique guided vinyasa, yin and breathwork & meditation classes. With regular sound, yoga nidra and meditation events.

Vinyasa gives you physical movement to build flexibility, strength and connection to breath while our yin classes provide a floor based, mindful practice. Our meditation through breath classes gift you time to find a clear state of mind while your nervous system relaxes.
